Who we are

Rooted in service.
Built around
new beginnings.

Haven Legacy Living is a nonmedical shared-housing business focused on safe, affordable housing for adults who can live independently.

Our goal is to offer a welcoming place to live while connecting residents with community resources that support long-term housing stability.

Who we serve

Our intended residents include veterans, adults returning to the community after incarceration, adults experiencing housing instability, and independently functioning seniors or adults with disabilities. Placement will depend on individual needs, eligibility, property suitability, and availability.

Our service areas

Atlanta and surrounding counties, including Henry, Clayton, and DeKalb, as well as Americus/Sumter County and surrounding communities.

Planned housing and support

Our proposed housing model includes:

  • Furnished private bedrooms with shared kitchen and common areas.
  • Utilities and basic household amenities, with details established before opening.
  • Move-in orientation, clear house expectations, and housing-stability check-ins.
  • Connections to employment, transportation, benefits, and community resources.
  • Coordination with outside case managers and service providers, with resident consent.

Haven Legacy Living will provide nonmedical housing. Residents who need healthcare, personal care, or behavioral-health services will need appropriate outside providers.

Future move-in updates

Our free future move-in interest list helps us understand preferred locations, housing budgets, room preferences, and move-in timelines. Joining does not guarantee placement or reserve a room. Placement depends on eligibility and availability.

Referral partnerships

We welcome conversations with veteran organizations, reentry programs, housing agencies, social workers, and community partners. Partners may share our interest form with adults who want updates about future housing opportunities.
